Counseling and processing fees are communicated before service begins. Payments made to EvoxVisa cover advisory and documentation support only, unless clearly stated otherwise. Third-party charges such as university application fees, exam fees, embassy charges, biometric fees, translation costs, and courier costs are payable by the student.
Once paid, consultation and processing fees may be non-refundable after core service delivery begins. Refunds, if approved, are processed according to the signed service agreement and only after review of your case timeline. No refund is available for delays, rejections, or policy changes made by institutions or government authorities.
